well clearsil(typo) ultra works good but the best thing you can use out there is proactive!
well oddly ebough i had dark spots and they faded away
The best thing for my hyperpigmentation from teenaged acne was the obagi nuderm system. It exfoliates the damaged skin, so that the new undamaged skin underneath is shown and lightens darkspots. It's a 6 part system with a cleanser and toner, a product called clear, that has 4% (the medical grade) hydroquinone (a skin lightener,) exoderm forte, a skin exfoliating lotion with vitamins and alpha hydroxy acids to make the skin super smooth; blender, which also has 4% hydroquinone and exfoliants; and sunfader which is a sunscreen with the skin lightener that keeps the dark spots from coming back.

It is kinda pricy, but it is the only thing that has worked on my skin. You usually have to get it from a dermatoligist due to the high strengths of the skin lightener. If you are still batteling acne, you may need some other things to use with the system, like a topical antibiotic (used after the toner, before the clear, its called clyndamiacin) and/or retin a (used with the blender you mix them both together)

I am in the maintainence phase right now, so i dont use the retin a, just the clyndamacin and the system. There is a great seller on ebay with the COMPLETE perscription formula system. The good news is, even though it is pricy, you or your parents can write it off at the end of the year on your taxes.
You could try Retin A ( by prescription )

and laser treatment.

I would find a good drmatoligist before you make your skin worse,

so they can look at it.
You can go to a skin care spa and get microdermabrasion (sp?) done.

I would recommend seeing a professional dermatologist (which would probably cost less than all the over the counter things you have tried).

The site above will assist you in finding one and getting rid of the scars and dark spots. They generally are very reasonable in price and can take care of most problems in one examination.

Good luck!
yo need proper skin care
I've used the fading peel mask and rapid clear lotion (both neutrogena) for a while now, and it does work, but takes a long time, and some times it does seem like the scars get darker before they fade or peel. My only advice is to be patient.
