most likely to be in growing hairs and unfortunately these can get very sore and lumpy sometimes they can get infected aswell so just be careful! its best if you go to the doctors to see if they can recomend anything for it,.

may be ingrowing hairs or may be an allergic reaction. Maybe use a loofah or exfoliator as well if you think its lots of ingrowing hairs, if its an alleric reaction just nappy rash cream :)
