What is a good way to lighten dark spots left by acne?

Exhfoliate regularly or check out MaMa lotion :) I used to have a lot of dark marks from acne and getting rid of the dead dark skin helps.

Do not over exfoliate, your skin needs time to adjust or else the irritation will make the marks darker.

Also don't use peroxide or bleaching creams on your face they will dry your skin out, or lighten the skin around your marks and make them more noticableWhat is a good way to lighten dark spots left by acne?
try an essential oil blend, an aromatherapy shop should have a scar healing blend. also you can try those home microdermabrasion systems *fancy type of exfoliating*. the combo of these should help dramaticly reduce the appearance of scars. If your are looking for a quick fix for a big night out there are skin lightening systems that work on a a temporary basis, just dont get stuck using them all the time, they arent a quick answer to fix scars. If you have the money or you feel they are debilitating you can get them lightened with lasers, but its quite expensive although very effective. i would start with the oils and exfoliating to see if it reduces enough for your liking. You have to stick with it for quite awhile tho if its on an older scar, sometimes over a year for it to really diminish. Just depends on how long you are willing to wait and how much you are willing to spend. What is a good way to lighten dark spots left by acne?
There's a lot of bleaching creams but a little peroxide dabbed on will do the same thing.best results are gonna be from a dermatologist.
Lemon juice helps a lot.You can also use aveeno daily moisturizing lotion;it evens out the skin tone and texture.
take vitamins..exfoliate..use products containing glycolic acid:)
I recently bought proactiv* refining mask, which is basically a white mask that will vanish dark spots or scars left by acne, it really worked for me, u can really tell the difference the first time u use it. If not, wear foundation, and then some clean pressed powder to even out the color.
Cleaning your face with mild soap and water twice or thrice daily will minimize the secretion of oil.

If you are outside, use baby wipes if your skin is sensitive to clean your face. Then re-apply your makeup. Apply dry facial masque once per week. Cover your face with hot, steaming washcloths and then apply the masque to open up the pores. This cleans your pores thoroughly.

try medermia its for scars and spots and you can find it at any store good luck.
Acne Mark Fading Peel - helps a little bit for post acne marks if thats what your asking. I would consider just to exfoliate constantly, and try to prevent other pimples poping up in that area. I have those too, and they usually fade in time, but I think exfoliation helps them fade faster. Also, I think you (%26amp; me) should try some creams that adult woman use to lighten age spots or dark spots on there face, it might be a positive outcome on us as well!

Hope I Helped ---
