Lemon juice!! I just answered this to someones question a minute ago but trust it dries out your pimples/blackheads. Will add a bit of redness but not for long.

Direction: Apply natural Lemon juice to q-tip, cottonball etc,

.....then apply to problem areas. You will notice results soon, I promise!

Natural Things cure natural problems :)

To get rid of pimples - you have to be sure that you won't touch them or poke them or hurt them... if not they will result to scarring your face or wherever you get them.

To get rid of pimples:

1. Wash your face with a gentle soap or cleanser - make sure that you wash your face regularly with this. For store bought cleansers you are unsure of, check any ingredients if you are allergic to any of them.

2. Use a toner - a toner is a liquid used for removing excess dirt soaps can't reach. It cleans the outside of the skin not the inside - and if you feel a hot sensation, it closes the pores which is important (so dirt doesn't go in them).

3. If you use cosmetics, use a water-based cosmetic. This allows your skin to breathe. Do not use oil-based because they tend to clog up pores.

4. If you have acne which you want to get rid of in a matter of days - use a product called Benzoyl Peroxide (ex. PanOxyl). It is not embarassing to buy this products - this products can boost your self-esteem! This may dry your face a bit but it works fast especially on pimples (especially the red ones). It is absorbed by the skin and kills the bacteria in the acne. You won't get a clear skin overnight but with continuous use, you will get a better looking face!

5. Do not get stressed, sleep late - this will contribute to acne growth.

6. Be concerned with your diet - this will not cure the acne on the outside but on the inside. Try vegetables rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Vitamin E.

If all else fails - try going to the dermatologist and see what he/she can assist you with your problem.

Hope that this helps. Good Day! 脺
try cleaning your face with special cleansers. Try Neutrogena Blackhead elimintating foaming pads. Dont touch your face when your hands are dirty, and wash your face daily. Moisturize with a facial lotion after you clean it
well i get a lot of blemishes if i dont clean my face a lot so i use noxema cleaning pads there in like a plastic jar and they work wonders for me so you should try em?.
Face - Make a past of 3 parts baking soda to 1 part water, and use as a gentle, exfoliating facial scrub after washing with soap and water. Rinse clean.

Mix baking soda with oatmeal in your blender; it makes a great facial scrub.

Acne - Treat pimples with a past of baking soda and peroxide applied at bedtime.

Blackheads - To loosen blackheads, mix equal parts baking soda and water, rub gently 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
My daughter and nieces used Proactive although it is a bit pricey...about $25 every other month when they send it automatically. A dermatologist (skin doctor) once prescribed a thin lotion at $25 on insurance which doubled in price to $50...rediculous. As a teen my dad told me about frequent face washes with Ivory soap to rid my skin of excess oils and Clearacil to hide bad zits. Do not pick blemishes with fingernails as this introduces bacteria into ';broken'; skin...asking for infection. Go easy on the Clearacil as I once saw a lawyer with blobs of makeup on his face...as he was over-doing it.
Try washing your face with soap twice a day/use products! :D
Blackheads can happen to anyone, no matter what your skin type. Blackheads are caused by oil in your skin that gets caught and expands in the pores. Oxidizing from exposure to the air, the oil actually turns black.

what works for some people might not work for everyone but here are some things that you can consider.~

First, stop the problem before it starts. Use noncomedogenic, oil-free, water-based skin-care products. (Noncomedogenic means the products were laboratory tested and approved by the FDA not to clog pores and cause blackheads.)

If you change your skin-care routine and still get blackheads, speak to a dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A, which is a strong exfoliant that opens pores, sloughs off dead skin and cleans out blackheads.

If all else fails, a dermatologic facial performed at a dermatologist's office involves a prescription-strength acid that gets rid of dead layers of skin and the use of surgical instruments to extract the blackheads.

Blackheads are a problem that should be treated by a dermatologist. But, if you want to try an over-the-counter product, a lot of people rave about Biore Pore Perfect Strips, which are supposed to lift out blackheads on your nose, forehead and chin.

Hope this helps~
