I did have the same problem with spots, until i started washing my face with face wash twice a day, (not neutrogena!). i would recommend if you want your skin to be good long term, buy a good face wash i recommend clinque, even though its expensive it really works, and then use a toner straight after again i recommend clinque.
the best stuff to get rid of it over night though really is sudocream, SO GO TO THE SHOPS!
also lol you should pop it, but only if its ready otherwise dont force it.

Sudocrem is the best bet. Reduces size and redness really quick.
you cant completely not overnight but you can just reduce the redness
