Anyone ever use a cream that actually faded age spots?

I have one on my face that peeks through my makeup, even with concealer.Anyone ever use a cream that actually faded age spots?
If it's just one spot you could go to dermatologist and lazer it, or he/she may recomend you a bleaching cream. I used cream I bought from dermatologist, and it worked. Unfortunately the tube was just white color with a prescription lable on it, no brand.Anyone ever use a cream that actually faded age spots?
age spots can be lightened, faded, seldom totally removed (depending on the length of time that it has been on your skin), thru the use of a good skin lightening product.. a good skin lightener is safe and potent skin lightening products - no hydroquinone, mercury or steroids AND potent unlike most commercial products showing little or no results at all.. then use a high spf (50 or better) sunscreen whenever outdoors to prevent further darkening of the age spots.. here's agood source of safe and potent skin lighteners-
