How do you get rid of freckles and natural spots?

i am so sick of my freckles and lately i've been wicked self concious about them and i hate make up. I've hear about creams you can ask for from your doc. but i also heard lemon juice can help lighten them, ive been doing research on that all day..hehe well im gonna go try it. hope it helps you:)How do you get rid of freckles and natural spots?
