Probably the only (and def. the least expensive) solution would be dyeing the entire blouse a darker color. Rit dye works well, it's a couple of dollars for a package.

I have a overall light color shirt that has a strap aroung the mid section,when I washed it it bleed in spots.
I washed the shirt in cold water and It has a Brown strap around the middle of the shirt and it bleed all over the shirt in spots please advise how I can get this out.....dont have a lot of money.I have a overall light color shirt that has a strap aroung the mid section,when I washed it it bleed in spots.
