Here are some good ways to get rid of spots:

How to get rid of spots

鈥?Drink 2000ml of water (2 litres = 8 glasses of water)

鈥?Use hot waster to wash it and straight after put freezing cold water on it.

鈥?Use water followed by soap mixed with salt.

鈥?Use toothpaste on it.

鈥?Use Savalon and then put a plaster on it.

鈥?Use Sudocrem before you go to sleep.

鈥?Open your pours by putting some boiling water in a bowl and sit with your head over the bowl, and a towel over you head to trap the steam. Then was your face as normal with a face wash and then close your pours by putting freezing cold water over your face.

Good Luck,

Hey

It depends how old is she and how bad the spots are.

Some spots are hormonal, some related to the diet or lactose allergy etc.

For normal teen spots use tea tree oil. You can get a lot of gels (overnight) in a pharmacy - just ask pharmacist.

You can use alcohol, toothpaste to dry them.

But the best idea is to find out what is causing the spots.

I reccomend toothpaste! I know, it sounds weird! It dries the spot up, though. I reccomend colgate or less natural minty ones, because they are less dryie-uppy idk how to describe it lol!! Tea tree oil works ok, kinda. Toothpaste is sticky so use it overnight!
For spots I'd recommend ';Clean and Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion';

However Acne can be treated with antibiotics, so take her to see a doctor if its really bad.
Is your daughter a dalmation?
Vitamin E oil...
Toothpaste or tea tree oil.
