Showers, not baths, daily.Im 15 and im gettin loads of spots lol obvuisly i wash every day how can i get rid of them and does every 1 ge?
Try Valderma Soap and Valderma Cream. Its inexpensive, and can be bought from any chemist, or Tesco/Boots. Its excellent in killing the bacteria that causes spots. Ensure that you wash your face religiously twice a day. Try not touching your face with your hands. Change your pillowcase every week. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
Start taking Zinc Tablets - there's a link between Zinc Deficency and spots.
I'd also recommend going to your doctor for a prescription strength cream/lotion/ointment for your face.Im 15 and im gettin loads of spots lol obvuisly i wash every day how can i get rid of them and does every 1 ge?
When your in the shower dont wash your face with a sponge, use your hands.
Use a good moisture, like a night cream, but dont put to much on, it might make your skin greasy. It's ok for boys to use them.
You could try going to the doctors if they last a very long time incase it's the type of spots people with eczema get, but i dont think you have that problem :D
Or you could just be one of the unlucky ones who get them anyway :\
And everyone gets then.. and if people make fun of you, there is more of a reason to make fun of them when they get spots ;)
By ';spots'; I'm sure you're referring to acne. You're 15, it's just your hormones. I wouldn't worry much about it as long as you're taking good care of your skin (cleansing, toning, exfoliating, moisturizing, sunscreen, etc). Don't worry, you'll grow out of it. And if you're truly concerned about it, go to a Dermatologist and see if they can prescribe you a home regimen.
I'll give you the key to perfect skin! Ok, first of all, you should be cleansing your face 1-2 times a day. I do it first thing after a shower in the morning and right before I go to bed, (that's the most important!)
The steps are: Cleanse, tone, moisturize!
I use: Aveeno Skin Brightening Daily Scrub - it sloughs off the dead skin cells and it's gentle enough to use everyday.
Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner - it keeps your pores clean and gets out all the dirt and oil out from under the skin without the over drying effects of alcohol!
Eucerin Sensitive Skin Moisturizer - even if you have oily skin, it's a must to moisturize! I love this moisturizer, it's amazing.
I highly recommend these products!! Remember the steps!
Small changes = huge difference: Drink 8 glasses, (or 4 bottles) of water a day, changing your pillowcase often is a good way, and silk pillowcases are good for your skin, eating healthy, and make sure you don't use leave-in hair products. Hope this helped!
(Sorry about the length!)
go over your face with a wipe (baby wipe/spot treatment wipe.. any will do) every night before you go to bed and in the morning cover up the redness of the spots with a foundation and they will not be noticeable
the wipes just bassicly clean your face and stop your pours from trapping dirt and the foundation just covers them up. dont use clearasil it doesnt work at all.
male or female? females can get spotty around their period etc if that's the case they do certain contraceptive pills that help with that
but otherwise it can be genetic ........which can be a bugger. if one of ur parents suffered from acne. or stop eating shitty food and fizzy drinks and drink plenty of water. face scrubs / face masks/ oxy whips / tea tree/ washing with soap dries them out theirs loads of things you can do or ask at local chemist etc. good luck
Use Skinlogics ';Acne-prone'; Clear face set!! It is WAY better than ProActive or any other brand you can think of! It's a face wash, facial scrub (to exfoliate), facial toner (to balance out the pH of your skin), then the lotion (ALWAYS use lotion)!! The set also comes with a day/night spot treatment...the spot duo treatment stick does wonders!! I use this set everyday!!
I sell this all the time!! My clients love it and I have never had even one complaint about it!!
You can get it at:
www.beautipage.com/amandascholten
It is under Skin Care: Maintenance: Skinlogics Clear Set
It is AMAZING product!!
ok, I know this sounds a bit odd coming from a girl, but I have a 16 year old brother who had the same issue. He used my spot cream. But only like a little bit a week. To stop yourself getting spots, exfoliate!!
not only gay men do it!
ok.. heres a typical mums response........ my sons 15.. he has spots too %26amp; i tell him...... 1 its hormonal.. 2 dont stress about it.. 3 ALWAYS sleep with your window open.. 4 take vitamin c ..... but most of all.. remember..its all part of growing up.... be happy!!
Tea tree oil ointment and/or witch hazel oinments are excellent, also try to drink as much water as possible.
