when i was younger i had really bad spots on my forehead and i picked them. theyve gone now but the skin has grown over the top of there they healed and has left my forehead with underskin spots. ther arnt on the surface but i have lumps on my forehead. how can i get rid of themWhen i was younger i had really bad spots on my forehead + i have to get rid of them cuz im modelling?
See a dermatologist. They may recommend microdermabrasion or a chemical or glycolic peel.
