This product works ridiculously well, the bumps go away in an hour, I've never seen anything work like this! I'm serious! It's not cheap though. They also make an after shave gel.

I've heard that cocoa butter works well, but one way to PREVENT those red bumps in the future is to shave down in the direction the hair grows. Hope this helps. :)
