I have used ultra wash for black heads and yet it doesnt seem to work.I am an african and recently got this really huge black spots appearing on one half of my face. What do i do?

are they black heads or actually black spots, like discoloration?


If it's discoloration then you should go see a dermatologist about it ASAP.
