Its just your sensitive skin reacting to the friction of the razor - I get this too sometimes!
Try using extra shaving foam when you shave, and after shaving against the hairs shave down in the direction of growth :) Then afterwards use a moisturiser like Medi-Honey or E45 to calm the skin. :DWhy do i get spots when i shave my bikini line?
Ingrown hairs to be exact. Make sure you're not shaving to rough, or to close to your skin.

it maybe ingrowing hair go get it checked out
same when i shave my balls it creates a line as well
