i have tried waxin.epilation,shavin,depilation buhh i found waxin better but i dunno i've tried exfoliating and moisturiz in how do i get rid of these plz plz i need smooth,clear legsHow do i get rid of tons of ingrown hair,dark permenant spots and bumps?
