My legs are full of spots, i exfoliate them regularly, but they remain. Is there another remedy?

also,i have a lot of scars on my legs.I've been using Deriva, but it hasn't helped. Please suggest an effective remedy. My legs are full of spots, i exfoliate them regularly, but they remain. Is there another remedy?
IF YOU SHAVE YOUR LEGS THIS MIGHT NOT HELP!!

IF YOU DO SHAVE AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED COVER YOUR LEGS IN PLAMERS COCOA BUTTER ITS LIKE 拢1.99 FROM SUPERDRUG AND IT A BODY BUTTER BUT IT IS THE **** AND SORTS ALL MY SPOTS, LUMPS AND BUMPS, DRY PATCHES ETC OUT. IF YOU WAX ASK A BEAUTICAN FOR DERMILOGICA IT LIKE 29.99 BUT WELL WORTH IT SHE WILL HELP YOU MORE.

FAILING THAT GO TO THE DOCTOR THEY MIGHT BEABLE TO GIVE YOU CREAM AS THEY MIGHT NOT BE JUST SPOTS THEY COULD BE A SKIN CONDITION

HOPE THIS HELPS :)My legs are full of spots, i exfoliate them regularly, but they remain. Is there another remedy?
As to the spots, you don't really explain them too much, if they are under the surface you could have an irritation caused by your exfoliator, if you shave without proper moisture such as a thick soap or shaving cream you can get spots, if you exfoliate too rough you can irritate the surface of your skin also causing spots.

In regards to your scars, a pure vitamin e oil helps, it's a bit thick and sticky when you put it on , but you will see results within about 2 months, scars heal at around a percent a day, so continued treatment is essential. If they bother you allot you can see a skin specialist which should have a faster yet probably more expensive solution.
Ingrown hairs most probably. There is stuff you can get like a lotion that helps. Use bio oil or cocoa butter on the scars :)
Go to a dermatologist
stop exfoliating and use moisturiser.
