if you want it done correctly (and more likely permanently) you can't do it quickly. Take care of the skin you are in and learn to love it! The better care you take of it, the happier you will be with it. Try this for some solutions though, maybe results will show quicker than you think.

what kind of spots do you have?
acne spots... not much can be done, just time and exfoliation, and maybe mederma or some other scar treatment.
