How can i get ride of my spots?

I'm 14 and every now and then i get a breakout of spots when i'm stressed[ which is most of the time] its not just spots my skin can get really dry and oily. I wash my face with witch foam wash and use nivia young cream to moiturise plus every week i use a witch nose strip. I've tried other creams and treatments but nothing seems to work that well. are there any othere natrual treatments or really good creams i could use?How can i get ride of my spots?
hey

you sound like you have combination or oily skin, therefore make sure that any and all products you use are made specifically for your skin type and are oil-free. what also helps is having a diet that is low in junky fatty food, and high in water. most skin care products have a label on it stating what skin type it is good for, and the average product costs 拢4. so u shouldn't have a problem in that area.

how long have you had this specific skin care routine? remember that sometimes skin products make your skin worse before they improve, personally after three weeks or one bottle of a product making no difference i bin it. also, have a SIMPLE skin care routine and STICK TO IT. is the nose strip necessary?

usually a good skin care routine is something like - cleanse, moisturise and repeat at night. exfoliate twice a week. use a 'special' product once a month - something like a mask for your skin type that makes it feel really good - it's okay to spend a lot for this because it'll last for AGES!, but that's optional... overcleansing your face is bad - it will completely dry out.

overall 'clearasil' is good or 'clean and clear' or 'simple' products - but remember that your skin in constantly changing, so feel free to play around and experiment with other products...nowaday i've started looking into diy home skincare (im only 17 and a couple of years ago the idea would have repulsed me, but it's working quite well) if your interested or broke have a look on the internet.

...hope that helped

take careHow can i get ride of my spots?
the key to get rid of spots (which i learnt at 15 and my skin has cleared up soooooooooo much!!) is based on three things. the best regime to make your spots go away requires:

- something that is antibacterial (can be tea tree oil, salicylic acid or whatever)

- something that unblocks pores (exfoliator or AHA's)

- something that controls oil

with these things combined into whatever products you like, your a winner. also, don't use anything strong all of the time - it only makes the problem worse. trust, when i was your age, everyone could tell you that i had the worse skin. when i found out that the key is to use mild acne products and save the strong ones for certain occasions - my skin went from spotty to smooth. also, try to see what works with your skin. my skin is more receptive to AHA's and tea tree oil than salicylic acid. remember, give a new product at least 6-8 weeks to work. some work quicker than that and some need time. and everything is a give and take - its time to learn what your skin likes and doesnt because when you're older you're gonna be grateful for the fact that you took such good care of your skin from a young age.
hi, if you have sensitive skin and you don't want to spend money for expensive products( that very often don't work) try some natural masks that help you get rid of spots and pimples and make your skin clean.

It's very good to apply boric acid mixes with lime juice on your face to get rid pimples. If you have no boric acid you can make some treatment with natural products you have at home. Download some masks ideas for your skin here :

the only reason you are getting non-stop spots are because you are using tooo many creams!and other kind off stuff on you and to get a betta result is to stick to one cream and or dont touch them and leave them as they are and drink lots of water. (take my advice cauz i got a 14 yr old sis and she does that and her skin is very clear from before!!)
I'm afraid tyou have managed to ask one of life's deepest questions! Make sure yo cleanse and tone using oily skin or clarifying products. And you should still moistuise, just use an oil free moisturiser. Keeping your skin clean will go a long way towards helping. You also get some really good treatments for helping reduce their size and redness within a few hours. Clinique do a great one, and the Garnier Pure A or Clearisil ones also work well. Good luck!
Toothpaste works well lol

there are a lot of things that you will find by searching the web

Its not only down to what you use on your face but also changing what you eat can help, for instance milk is very bad for spots

Ask your doctor whats best for you

Good luck
Heyy im 14 aswell i got the same problem but my spots have gone strangly

Use the old meathod

Get a flannel and soak it with Hot water!

then put it on ur face for 5 mins so it can open ur pores

then after that get soap! yes soap! and put it over your face then wash it off wiht cold water to repair ur pores, everyday morning every evening :) worrks for me!

Good luck if you try it :)
you need to find a good product for combination skin. sounds like the cream is too oily and the other products are too drying. Over cleansing can cause breakouts, too, just as much as not washing your face. You need a gentle, oil free cleanser and moisturizer.
Try cutting out dairy, it's full of pregnant cow hormones which can cause or exacerbate acne. Glycolic acid products are good for regulating oil and keeping pores unbocked without having to scrub.
I would definitely suggest the tesco skin tablets (Worked for me)and to drink plenty of water.
clearasil is good, so is oxy pads,

dont drink milk as this causes redness on spots
clearasil
spot remover
