I won't lie, it takes around a fortnight before the spot scar begins to fade, but after a month, the spot scar has gone and you can't even tell it was there!Is There Any Creams Or Anything That Will Help To Fade Spots Scars? =D?

exfoliate once or twice weekly, cleanse, tone and moisturise your face in the day and night. overtime, your scars will fade.


i would recommend moisturisers with vitamin e or c in them as they will help to lighten your scars. try to consume loads of fruits and vegetables and water as well.





and stop popping your zits. treat them with tea tree oil or blemish cream :)
try vaseline cocoa butter lotion
They do fade over time, but if its been a while try bio oil. It can be effective
use a mild skin lightening soap to exfolaite and fade the dark acne marks.. it's how i did it. :-)
