How to get rid of spots and blemishes.?

i get loads of spots on my forehead and chin. Some of them are normal spots lol but most of them are blackheads and little white bumpy things :S i have no idea how to get rid of them, please help, they dont seem to go away.How to get rid of spots and blemishes.?

well they probably dont go away just all of a sudden just get a good facial regimen going and after a while you';ll start seeing results.


mine is:


morning:spectro jel cleanser, moisturizer


night: spectro jel cleanser, moisturizer, clean %26amp; clean advantage acne spot treatment. ( it works for pimples pretty well)


thats what works for me but my skin type is normal with occasitional pimples. But try using an exfoliater on ur face like once a week something like st ives black heads and white heads exfoliater. its cheap works pretty well just ont srub to hard. Or/ and get a facial like 2 a month u can do one at home i loooove the egg one. For dry skin use egg yolk. put it on a clean face with makeup brush or fingers (clean first) wait till it dries up completey then rinse. For oily skin use egg whites and do the same thing. make sure to moisturize after each
