White spots came out of no where, what does it mean?

Im only 15. I noticed that these white spots appeared near the armpit area. Im fairly worried. Can anybody please tell me what it means? Is it Cancerous?White spots came out of no where, what does it mean?
cancer is pretty uncommon that young, and usually it grows in as a tumor, not small white spots, or at least not to the best of my knowledge. have you ever had irritation there when you shave your armpits? maybe its just small scratches scarring..... try something for scars maybe.White spots came out of no where, what does it mean?
It's probably blocked pores. Maybe you used a deodorant that does not let air through and your pores became blocked, or you shaved your armpit area and have ingrown hairs. If its the first one, you can clean the area with a mild soap/water solution or astringent, and switch deodorants. Don't let it just be so it doesn't get infected. If it's ingrown hair see this:

you shouldn't worry about it.....sometimes when you get older things will appear that could be hereditary :)

Your the same girl with the stretch marks aren't you? Maybe you have a disease. Or like I said before some family member has them.
