please please please, lots of points , dont recomend products. (well if they abosoloutly work 100% then ok)What is a cheap way to get rid of spots?
not messing around/picking the spots with dirty fingers will help to stop them spreading..





when you have finished cleaning/washing your face, rinse and rinse and rinse again with clean and fresh water..just use a tissue to pat dry..





using a cotton bud to put a dab of toothpaste on the spot before you go to bed will help dry it up..





try your hardest not to touch your face throughout the day..you will be picking up germs on your fingertips all day long and it's not going to help..wash your hands more..





i like to use honey as a face mask, sounds sticky and difficult but it goes on great and when you rinse it off your face will be lovely and soft..plus bacteria doesn't grow on honey...What is a cheap way to get rid of spots?
what ever you do do not use proactive because people say it works u sould just use acne free or the wave what ever but im warnin u DO NOT USE PROACTIVE! every one that has tried it that i know has had their face get worse i recomend using Acne Free.

AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER
dont eat oily foods. or foods w. alot of sugar or acid. for example- tomatoes make you break out realllly bad
use a kitchen knife and cut them off! ^_^
