A tomato slice rubbed on the spot(s) also will workIs it possible to get rid of sun spots completly, on your face?
I had this problem, and saw a dermatologist. He put my on a skin care program called ';OBAGI';. Basically, it's a complete skin care line including facial wash, toner, and 2 or 3 creams you apply consecutively, twice a day.

There are different formulations for different skin types... mature, acne-prone, combination, etc. All the formulas work to eradicate ';sun and/or age spots'; and even out the skin tone and texture. I've been using it now for 4 months and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend Obagi! Good Luck and many blessings!
Products that contain hydroquinone are good for fading for dark spots.A product like Ambi fade cream will gradually even out skin tone which is best because it give you natural looking complexion. With this product it takes time up to three month, but there is enough to last in the tube that you get. To protect the skin from further damage use a good sunscreen or a product with spf 15 for the face. Most important minimize time in the sun.
go and get this nice $9 black licorice lightening soap to minimize or remove your facial suns spots.. it's safe too -
