clearasil acne control deep cleansing scrub [a gentle daily exfoliator, something you could use in the morning and at night if you wanted. but it can sometimes dry out the skin, so follow with a good moisturizer like neutrogena oil free acne stress control moisturizer]


clean and clear continuous control acne wash [FANTASTIC for at night before bed. perfectly gentle, works wonders. it not only clears up existing pimples, but prevents new ones from forming. its by far my favorite nightly acne wash.]


neutrogena acne stress control power clear scrub [really good if your breakouts are stress related. very gentle so you can use it in the morning and at night too.]





dont forget moisturizer!

Let Hot water run in a big basket


Let the steam open your pores


After 10 minutes scrub your face with a scrubber


Wipe with COLD WATER!


Hot water damages skin!


Tap dry (don't rub)

if you have pimples or oily skin then you could use pepto bismol, it works really well, put a thin mask on your face and leave it on for around 10 mins, then wash it out. it really helps
every morning and night you should wash your face with hot water, use any spot cream (i use clearasil ultra - rapid action treatment cream), and always moisturize.
Ambi's fade cream works pretty well.It just takes some time.
