If you have super oily skin, be sure to cleanse both morning and night and use an astringent. Try to leave off makeup, maybe on the weekend if you aren't going anywhere and always wash it off at night. Also, don't eat greasy foods or chocolate. Sometimes that can cause more pimples. In the meantime, when you do go out, use a concealer on the dark spots.
