try using diluted witch hazel it worked for my freind and is really cheap
Hi. I use T-Zone witch hazel stick and it works fast. Tea tree spot gel is good too. You may want to get tablets from the doctor. Take two a day and they will keep the spots at bay.
use clearasil spot pads or put a tiny bit of witch hazel on each spot
Dermalogica is absolutely great! For example.. I had a spot like two days ago and it was a red bump like spot (that stage) and before it could get any bigger or anything it just vanished completely today before it even developed! No scarring or anything, I would really recommend it x
use a face wash at night before bed, use just water to wash in the mornings,


try and drink things with plenty of vitamin c or water as these help flush out toxins that cause spots,


avoid getting tired or run down as this will cause spots, think 'healthy inside, healthy outside'


and if you already have spots just coat them with white toothpaste (avoid the ones with stripes), it'll dry out the spot and reduce the redness
i would suggest going to boots and gettin tea tree and witch hazel cleansing and toning lotion. it works wonders for my skin! i also use tea tree and witch hazel night gel. it works thru the night 2 fight spots and it leaves ur skin smooth in the morning

Exfoliate regularly, to get rid of the dead skin cells and if you have dry skin use Bio Oil (chemist) its brilliant and you can use it in the bath (few drops).

for ever, go see your doctor, hel give you some pills that dry the natural oils your face produces, so the spots will leave. they work aswell, im on them atm.
Hi why don't u try Clearisil if this does not work at all go to your docter and ask for smoe tablets for it.
